Version 2.10.11 2010 – 2013 STRATEGIC PILLARSEVERY UNIT HAS QUALIFIED UNIT COMMISSIONER Have a qualified Unit Commissioner for every Unit in the council that actively supports & mentors it on a monthly basis. UTILIZE UNIT VISIT TRACKING SYSTEM Train & avail every commissioner to utilize system on a monthly basis. MAINTAIN UNIT RETENTION Maximize unit re-chartering percentage in each district. MAINTAIN YOUTH RETENTION A well Planned Program delivered by a Trained Leader with a strong Outdoor Program supported by a good Commissioner Attracts & Retains Youth. INCREASE ROUNDTABLE ATTENDANCE Have a Strong & Vibrant Roundtable in All Districts that meets the needs of Unit Leaders.
