ENGINEERING MERIT BADGE
February 28, 2015


This clinic is for Boy Scouts who are working on achieving their Engineering Merit Badge and is designed to help them understand the following concepts:  engineering and its impact on society; the different fields of engineering; what it means to be a licensed engineer and its significance; and the Engineer's Code of Reference and its relevance to the Scout Oath and Law.


When: February 28, 2015 - 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Where: Davenport Public Works Building (1200 E. 46th Street, Davenport)
Cost: Cost is $10 per Scout and includes pizza for lunch


Scouts should read the Engineering Merit Badge Book before attending.

Class size is limited to 65 participants.  Registration closes on February 18 at 5:30 p.m.
