New for 2024

The Illowa Spring Fundraiser program is designed to help Scouts earn their way to camp! Thrifty Scouts can use their proceeds to pay to attend district events, Illowa Day Camp, Cub Resident Camp, Scouts BSA Summer Camp, a national High Adventure base, or National Scout Jamboree/NOAC.

Our spring product sale includes Thrushwood Farms Meat Sticks and Milwaukee Pretzel Company soft pretzels! Units participating in the program can earn 35% commission on every product sold. The remaining proceeds will help to make needed improvements at Camp Loud Thunder. This sale is RISK FREE to units as the Council is covering the up-front costs for the product.

We’re giving you two ways to sell:

Take Order – Using our traditional order form, note orders, collect money, and then deliver products at the end of the sale.  Note: Pretzels are Take Order ONLY!

Show & Sell – Order product to sell at booth sales or show and deliver. No money is required up front.

*Show & Sell products must be ordered by boxes of 30 sticks. Returns at the end of the sale are limited to 10% of what was ordered. Only full boxes of 30 sticks (same flavor) will be allowed to be returned. No partial boxes will be accepted for return.

Meat Sticks

$2.00 per meat stick

$5.00 for 3 meat sticks

$15.00 for 10 meat sticks (great way for friends and family to mix and match flavors without committing to a full box)

$45.00 for a box of 30 meat sticks!

Pretzels

$18.00 for a 5 pack Bavarian soft pretzel twist

$35.00 for a 10 pack Bavarian soft pretzel twist

$15.00 for Bavarian Beast Pretzel

$20.00 for 50 pack Bavarian soft Pretzel Bites

Sale Timeline

February 20th – Spring Product sale kickoff and informational zoom: link to register for the zoom meeting and get zoom invite

February 23rd – Unit Commitment and Show & Sell Product Form Due to Council Office

March 8th – Show & Sell Product Distribution

March 8th – SALE BEGINS!

April 21st – SALE ENDS!

April 23rd – Show & Sell Returns, Product Orders, & 50% payment for Show & Sell products due to Council Office

May 17th – Product Distribution & Final Payments Due

Get Printable Order Forms for the Scouts in your unit

Pre-printed order forms will be available from your District Executive to pick up at district meetings, make arrangements for drop off, or pick up from the Council Service Center after 3/1/24.

FINAL ORDER

Final orders must be placed by 4/21/24.  Final orders should be the number of sticks or pretzels your unit needs to fulfill your orders.
