Scott County Park : Indian Hills Shelter

  • Wednesday, May 23, 2012 @ 10am – Work Day at Scout Office
  • Wednesday, 630-8pm, May 30, 2012 – Pack Coordinator’s Meeting 
    The purpose of this meeting is primarily to collect ALL medical forms for scouts, siblings, and adults, Den Walker Applications, and Scout Buddy Care Applications.  Camp Administration will walk you through the registration process on Monday morning and successive mornings as well as the week in general.  There will be time for general questions.  If you choose to turn in Medical Forms on the first day of camp, understand that YOUR SCOUTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP ACTIVITIES UNTIL THE MEDICAL OFFICER HAS CHECKED ALL YOUR MEDICAL FORMS TO REGISTRATIONS.  Please send a representative to the Pack Coordinator’s Meeting and avoid having your scouts miss out on the beginning activities.  Thank you, Kittan Day Camp Medical Officer and Day Camp Director.
  • Tuesday, June 5, 2012 @ 10am – Work Day at Scout Office

  • Friday, June 8, 2012 @ 9am – Meet at scout office to drive out to Loud Thunder to pick up supplies

  • Sunday, June 10, 2012 @ 1pm – Meet at Scott County Park to set up

  Have questions about what to expect?  Every parent should have a copy of the Parent Packet.

  All adults serving during camp must have an application on file, please have your Den Walkers complete this applications AND the Medical Form.

  Do you have other children besides your cub scout who will need care during day camp?  Use this form to register your child(ren).

Medical Form –  ALL Attendees at camp will need to complete and have on file a medical form.
