Each year Charter Organizations of each unit have to turn in an updated roster, an agreement of understanding of responsibilities, and registration fees for each member for the year.

Please remember that before you turn in your recharter paperwork that you must have the following items:

1.     Final version of the recharter paperwork (this is the version that has signatures on Page 2; otherwise it will say draft version);

2. New Unit Leaders and new Scouts will be listed on the front cover sheet;

  • Any new Scouts must have a completed application that corresponds with this cover page (signatures needed from parent and unit leader).
    • New Tiger Cubs must have a parent birthdate on the application.  
  • Any new Unit Leader must have a completed application (signatures, initials, CBC Disclosure Form signed, and #6 questions answered on right of application).

3.     Signatures from the Executive officer (name of executive officer on top of Page 2) and Unit Leader (Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Venturing Advisor);   

4.     Double check quantities of paid Scouts, paid Unit Leaders, and Boys' Life against the monetary totals;   

5.     Payment for charter (total amount due will be listed on the right middle side of Page 2);

6.     Youth protection certificates for any adults that expired this year. (These adults will not be able to recharter until they have completed and turned in their new certificate);

7. The Annual Charter Agreement with Executive Officer signature;

8. Completed Journey to Excellence Scorecard.
